Last week saw one of our favourite turntable brands, Michell Audio, release not one, but two new turntables, revealing their Gyro and Revolv turntables. An evolution of an icon, and new step-model, respectively, the products were officially announced on 16th October 2025 and are expected to hit the stores in the final months of the year.
Our team are very excited by the new products – and are absolutely thrilled to be able to offer our valued customers the earliest-possible chance to meet the new turntables at Home Media HQ in November: the first demo event featuring the hot-off-the-press Revolv and Gyro in the UK this year! What’s more, it’s completely free to attend.

About the products
The Michell Gyro Turntable 2025 almost shares the name with its predecessor, the classic Gyro SE and Gyrodec models that have been at the core of the company for decades… but it’s a complete revamp, having had a complete upheaval in materials and design philosophy ‘under the hood’. The most significant re-imagining of everything beneath the surface; undeniably a Michell Gyro but promising dramatic improvements in performance. Click here to check out the full specification.
The Michell Revolv Turntable sits between the ‘entry-level’, minimalist design TecnoDec and the new flagship Gyro, bringing decades of the brand’s excellence into an exciting all-new model. The design is built on the principles of the TecnoDec, but with a more rigid and higher mass base, building on the design ethos from the past – but reimagined, with timeless engineering and upgradable architecture, offering years of listening pleasure and pride of ownership in a turntable that can be built up and built around.
