Introducing the Vertere DG-X, an impressive evolution from the original Dynamic Groove concept. The Vertere DG-X is engineered to enhance every aspect of the DG-1’s performance without significantly impacting its price point. Notably, this model simplifies setup while boosting design resilience and serviceability, ensuring uncompromised performance with substantial improvements.

The Vertere DG-X retains the iconic “flat beam” arm design, but with advancements such as a new bearing system influenced by the TPA design from the SG series tonearms and a removable arm beam design. This model benefits from notable enhancements in playback chassis isolation and an updated earthing design, offering flexibility to link or unlink the signal earth on the player.

The modular main platter bearing assembly has improved interface with the sub-plinth for superior performance. Access to the motor and motor drive PCB is streamlined for service convenience, and the transit screws are now more accessible for removal and reinstallation.

Setting up the Vertere DG-X is faster and more efficient than ever. With a removable tonearm beam, factory pack players can be shipped with cartridges and counterweights fully set up and ready to play. The addition of a second complete arm-beam at an attractive price point offers flexibility for users with special cartridges, facilitating quick changeovers within a minute. Each arm beam is fully adjustable, protecting settings during removal and reinstallation.

Compared to DG-1S packs, performance enhancements in the Vertere DG-X packs are significant. Additionally, a new colour is available. As a complement to the DG-X, a dedicated isolation platform is designed to enhance its performance as a standalone unit or as a wall-mounted component.
