ADOT Fibre Optic Music Streaming Upgrade Kit

In our opinion the ADOT Fibre Optic Music Streaming Upgrade Kit is a worthy upgrade for all network music players and servers. Our initial demonstration of the MC02 DUAL Single Mode Kit was used in conjunction with a Vitus RI-101 integrated amplifier with an inbuilt streaming module. The sound stage benefited from increased focus and detail with the addition of the ADOT MC02 Dual kit with the Single Mode cable upgrade. Further sonic improvement is achievable with the addition of a PliXir Elite external power supply.

The design team responsible for the product development at ADOT (Audiophile Digital Optical Technology) are well respected within the audio industry, with many years of experience. The belief of the design team is that digital audio music files should be treated with the utmost care in order to achieve the results that today’s high resolution digital music files promise. Behind the ‘ones’ and ‘noughts’ hi-fi electrical signals are still analogue, and just as susceptible to the influence from interference and noise. This unwanted noise causes damage to the integrity of the pulse edges, resulting in jitter and timing errors.
