EVENT POSTPONED: NEW DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON. ‘Nip’ in for a dram and a demo
March 3, 2020
February is widely known as the month of love, and this year, it’s no exception in Home Media HQ – it’s the perfect opportunity for us to express our appreciation.
Customer service is at the very heart of our business. Taking the time to listen to, advise and thoroughly look after our visitors is something the whole team strives towards and we’re proud to ‘go the extra mile’ to make sure our customers leave happy – and come back again in the future.
That’s why it means so much to us when you let us know we’ve got it right and express your appreciation of our service and expertise! We’ve been lucky enough to receive some fantastic comments from satisfied customers recently:
“As the year is coming to its end, I would like to thank you everything you have done to help and advise me. The service I have received from you and Home Media has been the best I have received over the 45 years of buying HiFi equipment.”
“Brilliant service from Home Media. Simon Burton from their sales dept went above and beyond in accommodating my particular needs. Excellent communications and post sales – thanks. Recommended without hesitation.”
“As a first-time buyer, I wasn’t sure about what brands and equipment would work best with our current items at home – and hadn’t even thought of things like cables. The Home Media team took time to listen to what I was after and we ended up with an awesome turntable and accessories that we could ‘plug in and go’ – couldn’t have done it without them.”
And while we’re on the subject… why not think about treating your loved one to some audio equipment they’ll adore?
This customer recently asked for some advice on purchasing a new turntable for her husband’s birthday; after chatting it through with Simon and the team, who made sure she had everything she’d need, Kate later got in touch to tell us how delighted her husband was with his new kit! It even inspired him to dig out his father’s old vinyl collection and rediscover some of the much-loved classics they always enjoyed together.
So, you see – it really is all about love and appreciation… of great music, of one another, and of course, high-quality audio equipment.
If you’re looking for your perfect audio match, we’re here to help. Why not get in touch with the friendly Home Media experts today, call 01622 676703 or email us at sales@homemedialimited.co.uk and get the ball rolling.
