After completing redevelopment of the MP-P201 from the Masterpiece Series, the design team turned their attention to the Vitus Audio SP-103 phono stage and decided to introduce a raft of improvements introduced in that project to our Signature Series phono stage. Experience resolution, micro dynamics, macro dynamics and pure musicality, unheard of in any other phono stage at this price point. This could be the last phono stage you ever buy.

The Vitus Audio SP-103 phono stage features a modular design allowing for future upgrades to be performed with ease. An external power supply was introduced which offered a vastly lower noise floor in the audio signal path. For this iteration, Vitus took everything they learned and developed for the Masterpiece Series MP-P201 Mk2 phono stage and optimised to fit the technology into a reduced chassis size.

Most importantly, all load and gain settings can be set via the optional remote control with no need to exchange boards manually. Quite frankly, this unit is a titan in the space of phono stages offering the blackest of black backgrounds from which your favourite recordings can emerge untainted and impeccable.

The SP-103 comes in Pure White, Jet Black or Warm Silver as standard. Titanium Orange, Dark Champagne and Titanium Grey are our most popular unique finishes.
