The Perlisten S4s surround speaker is designed to compliment the Perlisten S Series range of speakers, and those who command a very high quality home cinema experience. The dynamics and subtlety of the Perlisten S4s surround speaker are perfectly timbre matched and will reproduce movie soundtracks with subtlety and ambience compared to many of their rivals.

The S4s features an angled and shallow depth for sympathetic well mounting. The S4s will compliment all Perlisten S Series speakers in a multi-channel configuration, including the S7t, S5t, S5m and S4b.

The S4s features Perlisten’s proprietary DPC-Array which controls mid and high frequencies, centred by the company’s finest 28mm Beryllium dome tweeter and dual 28mm TPCD ultra-lightweight midrange domes. All transducers are developed ground up by Perlisten engineers and teamed up with companies in Sweden and the USA and utilised modern material science to hi-fi design. Utilising advanced Comsol acoustic modelling, Perlisten’s very own DPC-array is the result of 18 months worth of painstaking prototyping and simulations.

The result is one of the most technologically advanced loudspeakers available. The Perlisten S Series tweeter waveguide DPC-Array delivers amazing accuracy, musicality and smoothness, with directivity control to handle the critical vocal range and delicate treble. All S-Series speakers share the same DPC-Array and benefit from the unique timbre matching technique across the entire S Series. Custom bass drivers made from thin ply carbon diaphragms (TPCD) used here in a compact acoustic suspension enclosure for predictable low frequency performance ideally suited for multi-channel systems.
