The Gold Note CD-10 can be controlled from the touchscreen display, using the rotary knob or the multifunction remote. The player features both digital input and output sockets, adding versatility to the functionality.

The precision CD mechanism is engineered for high-performance audio and extracts every bit of information from Compact Discs to accurately create a pure digital signal stream. The digital signal is fed into the premium digital to analogue converter, the AKM AK4493, which is Gold Note’s favourite design and produced by the leading Japanese manufacturer.

The stream is converted into an analogue signal, preventing any distortion while preserving the entirety of its dynamic range to deliver a sound that’s detailed and real as it can be.

Every single component – from the mechanical chassis to the electronic circuits has been carefully chosen and tested to achieve the very best in terms of sound quality, lowering the noise floor to the minimum so that you can enjoy the most subtle of decays.

The Gold Note CD-10 can be upgraded with the addition of the PSU-10 EVO, the external power supply that will further enhance the performance of the player and enable even finer details, powerful sound and refined presentation.
