We have some fantastic news! Home Media will be joining many businesses on the 12th of April reopening the doors to our Maidstone store.
We will be opening on an appointment-only basis, Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm. We will chat with you about your hi-fi needs and do our best to offer expert advice and knowledge to ensure you make the purchase that is right for you.
Although these have been trying times for us all, it has really shown us the benefit and importance of one-to-one interactions with our customers. Without having the shop open, we have travelled around to make deliveries of purchases and home demos, offering support to customers safely socially distanced in person and over the phone. The pandemic has allowed us to allocate valuable time to each client, giving them our undivided attention and ensuring they receive the full Home Media experience, despite the circumstances and we look forward to continuing this focus with our appointment service.
Our home demonstration service will also continue – this is a great service to take advantage of if you are unsure about taking the plunge on an item from our shop. Our free Home demos allow you to try before you buy in the comfort of your own home, with no pressure to make a purchase! Either collect your item for trial in store or we’ll come to you.
