The Gold Note Mediterraneo X turntable brings together the past and future of Gold Note. Inspired by the iconic Mediterraneo, this innovative turntable blends tradition with cutting-edge technology to cater to analogue enthusiasts seeking a next-gen record player with authentic high-end features. A touchscreen display allows for precise control of speed and torque, synchronising the motor perfectly with the LP and music. A new timer function records needle usage, monitoring stylus wear and tear. Crafted from machined solid aluminium, the platter features a composite design with POM to minimise vibrations. Weighing 7 kg, it offers excellent stability and precise rotation speed.

The plinth comprises three components: a large machined aluminium table, a 3mm stainless steel platter and a lower plinth made from solid Italian wood. This wood reproduces the catenary curve, a famous shape borrowed from Michelangelo and Galileo. Gold Note applied it to turntables for maximum structural rigidity and consistent mass and dimensions, delivering outstanding performance in detail, dynamism and reproduction.

Stylish anodised aluminium feet are height adjustable, and the back features top-quality RCA connectors. Gold Note Mediterraneo X turntable comes with its own tonearm cable.

Belt-driven and powered by a proprietary control system on a Quadral-Core microcontroller enhanced by an audio converter, the turntable ensures perfect functioning of the 12V synchronous motor. This system electronically controls the motor, allowing for precise adjustments to 33⅓rpm and 45rpm speeds, storing all settings in memory.
